APNG maker for LINE animated stickers

Add motion to one image, or join numbered frames, and get an APNG that meets LINE's animated sticker and emoji rules. Frames, duration and loops are checked for you.

Choose several images to animate them all with the same motion.

Nothing is uploaded: everything runs in your browser.

FAQ

About APNG and LINE animated stickers

  1. What is APNG?

Animated PNG. LINE animated stickers and animated emoji are submitted as APNG; the file extension stays .png.

  2. What are LINE's animated sticker rules?

Up to 320×270 pixels (one side at least 270), 5-20 frames, up to 4 seconds per sticker, 1-4 loops and 1MB or less. Animated emoji are 180×180 and 300KB or less.

  3. Can I animate a still image?

Yes. Choose "Animate one image" and a motion (hop, squish, shiver, sway, heartbeat or blink) and the frames are made for you.

  4. What if the file is too large?

Colours are reduced automatically until it fits. If it is still too large, use fewer frames.

  5. Are my images uploaded?

No. The APNG is made entirely in your browser.

  6. Anything to watch when submitting?

The first frame is shown as the still image in the store, so start on a good-looking frame. If every frame is identical, the upload fails.
